Chef's Specialty
Wow. This was our first time coming to this restaurant. It is absolutely stunning inside. The food was incredible. We loved the soup of the day and it's amazing that it changes daily!! It was so busy! The bar was packed but those bartenders were amazing. Definitely our most favorite part. Ask for Veronica and Ashley at the bar!
Baked Haddock
I order this constantly because it is just that good! Always fresh, cooked to flaky perfection, just a bit of butter and cracker crumbs with lemon, when seafood is fresh, it does not need much. I got this dinner last night at the take out window and enjoyed it covered in a blanket on my couch! Comfort food!
Eggplant Parmigiana
I'm very picky when it comes to eggplant parm (most don't know how to make it the real and traditional way). Val's nailed it!!!! Aside from my very own; this has to be hands down the best I've every had in a restaurant! The portion was wonderful and the leftovers tasted just like it was made that day! While Val's is about 45 minutes from me; I'd absolutely would go back in a heartbeat just for this dish again! Don't hesitate on ordering this dish...just do it; I promise you, you won't be disappointed!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!

Tried them for the first time a week ago. Already ready to go back! They are so clean, flavorful and delicious. Excited for them again.
Seafood Casserole
I had this on Sunday 01/19/2025 and I was the best seafood casserole I've ever had...and I've dined at a lot of seafood restaurants up and down the east coast. If you like seafood, I totally was impressed. Bob W
Chicken Marsala
My favorite dish at Val's is the chicken Marsala. It is the best I have ever tasted! I almost always order it when I go and it's incredible everytime!
Atlantis Platter
Delicious, generous serving! It's my go to meal whenever I eat at Val's. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his lamb dinner too.

This is my go-to dish at Val's. The assortment of seafood is wonderful and it is wonderfully cooked. The sauce and vegetables are great as well. Well worth the price and always a winner when I bring new friends for the first time.
