Fra Diavolo

My go to sauce over angel hair with salmon. Great taste and just enough spice! Enough for lunch the next day. Fabulous!

Veal Parmigana

My first time here and will be coming back for sure! The atmosphere was beautiful and cozy. Loved the lounge area with fireplace to have cocktails while waiting. My meal was so good with plenty to take home for leftovers🙂

Chicken Parmigiana

This no-frills recipe is straightforward, classic, and does not disappoint. Frying the chicken in oil resulted in clean-tasting, ultra-crispy chicken, and this dish a rich, restaurant-quality feel. Using fresh tomatoes gave the sauce texture and punch that gave it the best flavor. I would recommend this again and again! Val's one of the best in the state!

Chef Salad

Absolutely the best chef salad I have ever had. Loaded (and I mean loaded) with meat, sliced egg, and other salad favorites. Top it off with the fabulous house dressing and you have a fantastic meal...or two!

Baked Haddock

Best I. ever had was with a friend so bought my husband ..His meal was wonderful .Mine was just as good as it was before..Told girls from Church we are all coming on the 28 of October..Service was also great . Thanks

Baked Stuffed Lobster

I honestly dream of this dish. The seafood stuffing is the best combination of textures and tastes. You'll definitely leave full. I find reasons to go back to Massachusetts, just for this dish.

Fisherman's Platter

Visited last night and it was a totally excellent experience. My wife asked our server, Kailey, if she could have chicken supreme, as it was not on the menu. Kailey inquired the kitchen and they said they could make it. Needless to say, this made my wife very happy. I ordered the Fisherman's Platter and was amazed at the size of it. Both our meals were excellent and we topped it off with an order of Bread Pudding, which was above and beyond outstanding. The service, food and our excellent Server Kailey was again outstanding. Needless to say, we will visit again very soon. Thank you again for an excellent meal experience.

Baked Nutty Salmon

Mere words cannot express my obsession with Val's Nutty Salmon. The salmon, encrusted with pistachios, is always fresh, moist, baked to perfection and jauntily placed upon a generous portion of delectable mashed potatoes studded with chunks of sweet potato. The crispy spinach and coconut shrimp add color, texture and flavor to this palate-pleasing masterpiece. If that were not enough—the entire dish is complemented by a delicate amaretto cream that plays beautifully with the savory items on the plate. I've had this dish at Val's and had it delivered many many times and the quality is consistent; the penultimate culinary delight! Also, get the hummus and tzatziki for an app and the iceberg wedge. YES! YES! YES!
