Chicken Parmigiana

The chicken parm is my favorite dish to get here and it's my favorite chicken parm of any restaurant. Their sauce tastes so homemade and delicious and they have the best breaded chicken cutlet.

Eggplant Parmigiana

Val put together a tray of her eggplant parm and also chicken piccata for my daughter's engagement celebration. Both delicious, but it was her attentiveness and service that were even more outstanding. Val's is the best in every way!

Pork Schnitzel

I loved every bite! It was a large cutlet with an absolutely delicious madeira sauce. The potatoes complimented it perfectly. It may be one of my new favorites!

Fisherman's Platter

After seeing on the Phantom Gourmet, my wife and I decided to check out Val's for the first time. We weren't disappointed. My wife got the Fisherman's Platter and I went with the Fish & Chips. Both meals were absolutely delicious and portions were huge. We both had the clam chowder to start and we agreed it was possibly the best we ever had. Throw in some hot dinner rolls and butter and the meal was top notch from beginning to end. A warm greeting from Val the owner set the tone for a great visit and we left having experienced nothing less. Fisherman's Platter

My family and I come here every special occasion: birthday and anniversaries. One of us always get the fisherman's platter and we eat it for days. We have never had a bad meal and we always have phenomenal service.

Baked Nutty Salmon

I love so many dishes on the menu, it is difficult to pick one. My favorite dish is the Baked Nutty Salmon. It is a culinary delight. The crispy spinach is wonderful. The coconut shrimp is like an added appetizer to a heavenly portion of mashed potato and salmon. The flavors all blend together to make this dish award winning. Val's is by far, the best restaurant in Central Mass. Hands down, no contest. The BEST!
